Yes. We supply all packing materials including boxes, bubble wrap, packing tape, furniture wrap and specialist crating for high-value or fragile items. Materials are included in our full-pack service; for partial or self-pack moves we can supply materials separately.

Absolutely. We have specialist wrapping and crating techniques for artwork, electronics, glassware, antiques and other high-value items. Every move is fully insured so your belongings are protected throughout.

Yes. Full insurance is included on every move we carry out. If anything is damaged or lost during transit through our fault, we will cover the cost. We take this responsibility seriously and handle every item as if it were our own.

Yes, for customers in and around CMC, Addis Ababa we can often accommodate same-day or next-day moves depending on availability. Contact us as early as possible to check our schedule.

Yes. We work every day of the week — Monday to Sunday. Our hours are 11:30 AM to 5:00 PM. For urgent or early-morning requirements, contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.

We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance to guarantee your preferred date and time. For large office relocations or long-distance moves, a week or more is ideal. We do accept last-minute bookings when our schedule allows.

Our office relocation service includes a pre-move site survey, organised and labelled packing of all equipment and furniture, safe handling of IT and electronic equipment, transport in our branded GPS-tracked trucks, reassembly of furniture at your new location, and post-move clean-up. We schedule moves around your business hours to minimise downtime.

Yes. We offer after-hours and weekend scheduling for office relocations to minimise disruption to your operations. Discuss your timeline with us and we will plan accordingly.

We offer full move-out deep cleaning, move-in cleaning at your new property, sofa and upholstery cleaning, window and floor cleaning, carpet vacuuming and mopping, cupboard and drawer cleaning, and eco-friendly product options. Our cleaning team is fully separate from the moving crew and follows a detailed room-by-room checklist.

Yes. Our secure, climate-safe storage facility in CMC can hold your belongings for days, weeks or months. We collect from your old property, store safely, and deliver to your new address when you are ready — no extra transport arrangements needed.

Yes. While our main service area is Addis Ababa, we can arrange long-distance moves to other cities and regions of Ethiopia. Pricing for out-of-city moves is quoted individually. Contact us with your destination and we will provide a fixed price.

Declutter before our team arrives — donate or dispose of items you no longer need. Label boxes by room if you are self-packing. Dismantle large furniture if possible. Ensure parking access for our truck at both locations. Secure valuables and important documents to carry yourself. Our team will handle everything else.

For safety and legal reasons we cannot transport hazardous materials (flammable liquids, explosives, chemicals), perishable foods, and live animals. If you have items that fall into these categories, please let us know in advance and we can advise on alternatives.
